When can I expect to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Priority USPS Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
- Media Mail USPS Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days.
Free shipping applies to domestic U.S. orders only (via Media Mail).
For international shipping, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery times vary by country and customs.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all unused products in their original condition within 14 days of arrival.
If your item arrived damaged, we’re happy to replace it. Please email contact@enlightenmentplanner.com and our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Please note:
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
